Policy for Our Valued Guests
If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to other guests. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s). No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
