• Do you accept walk-in appointments?

    Our salon operates by appointment due to limited walk-in availability. For same-day visits, call us at 860-799-5007 or text 203-482-0112 to check for last-minute openings. Most clients book in advance to secure their spot.


  • Are you accepting new clients?

    Yes! We are always accepting new clients. We always have stylists who are ready to welcome you to our family with open arms! For same-day availability, we recommend texting our dedicated line at 203-482-0112 for the quickest response.


  • What is your no-show/late cancellation policy?

    We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, which means you can cancel your appointment up to one day before the time of your service. We ask that you please respect our stylists time and livelihood by always notifying us if you will not be coming to your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 mins late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule.


  • Do I need a consultation prior to my appointment?

    An in-depth consultation is included with all appointments, whether that is cut, color, styling, or a smoothing treatment. If you are looking to make a big change, book a specialty color service, or would like to chat with a stylist in person, we highly recommend you book a complimentary consultation first to ensure you are booked for the correct timing, service, and accurately price quoted. 


  • Where should I park?

    We have ample parking in the front, back and side of our salon. 


  • What if I am unhappy with my hair service?

    At The Loft Hair Studio we strive for top-notch service, and we always guarantee our work. If you are not completely satisfied with your hair, please contact our guest services team within 14 days of your appointment by calling us or emailing with photos explaining the issue and our team will be happy to schedule you in for a fix. 


  • Do you have WiFi? Can I work during my appointment?

    The Loft Hair Studio offers free WiFi for our guests, and we welcome you to use it to work on your laptop or other devices during your appointment.



  • What is your product return policy?

    If you don’t love your new products once you get home, you can return or exchange your products within 14 days.
